Contact Us
We value developer feedback, open-source contributions, and strategic partnerships. Here is how you can reach out.
Bug Reports & Feature Requests
Because ZeroData Tools is a developer-first suite, we handle all technical issue tracking and feature suggestions in the open on GitHub. This keeps discussions transparent, allows other developers to upvote proposals, and ensures rapid resolution.
To report a bug in any tool, request a new utility, or suggest a user experience improvement, please open an issue in our dedicated feedback repository:
- GitHub Issues: github.com/zerodatatools/feedback
When reporting an issue, please include your browser version and any console error messages to help us reproduce and fix it quickly.
Partnerships, Sponsorship & Privacy Inquiries
For business matters that require direct communication — such as tool sponsorship, custom integrations, partnership proposals, media inquiries, or privacy questions — please contact us via email.
- Direct Email: [email protected]
We aim to respond to all legitimate inquiries within 24 to 48 business hours. Please note that we do not accept unsolicited advertising networks or data-harvesting SDK partnerships.
Why We Don't Use Intrusive Contact Forms
You might notice the absence of a standard embedded contact form on this page. This is a deliberate design decision aligned with our core philosophy:
- Zero Data Harvesting: Embedded contact forms often rely on third-party CAPTCHA providers, telemetry scripts, and analytics trackers that monitor user behavior and collect IP addresses. We refuse to embed trackers on our pages.
- No Hidden Databases: We don't store user inquiries, email addresses, or names in any backend database. By using email and GitHub, you retain full control over your communication data.
- Direct & Transparent Communication: Connecting directly through standard protocols (Email and Git) ensures secure, authenticated, and developer-friendly correspondence without intermediaries.
